- Allow reasonable production time for custom creations
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of order placement through our secure payment processing.
Printed Books: Additional charges apply for shipping and handling. Delivery times vary based on location.
4. Revisions & Satisfaction
We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your storybook, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to address your concerns.
Custom-created content may have limited revision options depending on the stage of production.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the custom storybook for personal purposes. CustomStoryCreators.com retains the right to use creations for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You warrant that any text or materials you provide do not infringe on third-party copyrights or trademarks.
